Tell me about your business

What you'll understand

What you want to achieve and who you want to reach.

How this step works

How this step works

What happens
We talk through your business, your customers and what you want this work to change. I ask a lot of questions.
What I need from you
Your goal in a sentence or two, who you're trying to reach, and what isn't working today.
What you receive
A short written summary of what I heard, so we agree on the starting point.
Next decision
Is this the right goal to start with?

This is the general shape of my process. Your written proposal and signed agreement set the exact scope, schedule and revision rounds for your project.

In detail

Questions I'll ask you

You don't need perfect answers. Rough ones are fine, and we'll sharpen them together.

  1. What do you want this work to change for the business?
  2. Who are your best customers, and how do they find you today?
  3. What are you offering them, and what should they do next?
  4. What's working now, and what isn't?
  5. Is there a date or event this needs to be ready for?

Your next action

Reply with your goal and your questions.

The easiest next step is to answer my latest email. If you don't have it handy, use my contact page and I'll pick it up from there.
