Thirteen places. The same job four times.
Most of these engagements started the same way: no CRM, no tracking, no brand system, no pipeline — and in two cases, no marketing department at all. Below is what existed on day one, what got built, and what changed.

Tier one
Where I built the function
No marketing infrastructure on day one. Each of these is a function that did not exist before I arrived.
A newly acquired brand with no unified go-to-market across seven countries.
Salesforce and HubSpot attribution, a rebuilt site and search footprint, and an inbound engine feeding six-figure pipeline — including a $50K aerospace account.
in six months
No pipeline, no brand, no website, no contracts, no infrastructure.
A working marketing function end to end — CRM, automation, dashboards, a testing practice — then outbound to 10,000+ contacts. Engagement up 23%, campaign effectiveness up 35%.

Tier three
Earlier and alongside
Smaller engagements and the client-facing years that came first. One line each — what I delivered, not what the organization does.

1 yearThree years of marketing materials for an AIDS/LifeCycle fundraising team whose campaigns have raised millions.
3 yearsConsulting engagement. Rebuilt the marketing plan for a fitness brand looking to grow share and sharpen its positioning.
ConsultingLuxury retail. Built and held a client book in a business where the relationship is the product.
