    The proposal · for Housing in Iceland

    Two ways to start.

    A website that takes bookings and card payments directly, so you can move away from Airbnb and its commission at your own pace — and, if you want it, the social media to keep it full.

    • The full site — home, a rotating photo gallery of the whole property, the address with a map and what's nearby, reviews and a local guide
    • Direct booking — a booking form that sends every request to your inbox (Formspree)
    • Live availability — which months each home is free, so renters can check, connected to your Airbnb listing so both stay in step while you move guests to booking direct
    • Card payments — Squarespace checkout for deposits or full payment by card, Apple Pay or PayPal
    • Built for phones first, where most guests book
    • Google-ready — search wording and a share image for every page
    • Your photos and wording set in place, in English with Icelandic touches
